石墨化炉正确配电的要求和停止送电的依据
正确配电(dian)要(yao)求:依据给定(ding)的(de)送电(dian)制度,作出(chu)标准(zhun)配电(dian)曲(qu)(qu)线;实(shi)际(ji)配电(dian)过程中,常(chang)控制功率在一定(ding)范围。一般允(yun)许功率曲(qu)(qu)线超(chao)出(chu)标准(zhun)曲(qu)(qu)线10%叫正线;允(yun)许功率曲(qu)(qu)线低于标准(zhun)曲(qu)(qu)线5%,叫负线;正常(chang)操作过程中,在正线与负线之间配电(dian)就可以了。

石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)化(hua)炉停(ting)(ting)止送电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)依(yi)据(ju):依(yi)据(ju)产品计(ji)(ji)划电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗来确定(ding)(ding)(ding)停(ting)(ting)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)目前石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)化(hua)炉的(de)(de)停(ting)(ting)止送电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)主要(yao)(yao)以(yi)(yi)单位(wei)制品的(de)(de)计(ji)(ji)划电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗来确定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de),即每种规(gui)格制品有(you)一个(ge)基(ji)本的(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗定(ding)(ding)(ding)额,以(yi)(yi)此计(ji)(ji)算下达整炉制品的(de)(de)计(ji)(ji)划用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量,通电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)达到计(ji)(ji)划用(yong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量即可停(ting)(ting)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。确定(ding)(ding)(ding)计(ji)(ji)划电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量时(shi),要(yao)(yao)根据(ju)同类同规(gui)格制品石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)化(hua)后(hou)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率的(de)(de)大小(xiao)来进行调(diao)整,同时(shi)也要(yao)(yao)参考炉室的(de)(de)状态、供电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)曲线快慢、供电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)设备的(de)(de)运行情(qing)况、炉芯电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)变(bian)化(hua)、输(shu)出的(de)(de)最大功率、二(er)次电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)、功率因数以(yi)(yi)及最大电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)恒(heng)流(liu)时(shi)间等。

依(yi)据(ju)电(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)变化(hua)(hua)、功率因素、最(zui)高电(dian)(dian)(dian)流值及(ji)最(zui)大电(dian)(dian)(dian)流下的(de)(de)持续时间来(lai)确(que)定停电(dian)(dian)(dian)当石(shi)墨化(hua)(hua)炉(lu)的(de)(de)加(jia)入热量(liang)与热损失(shi)达到平衡,炉(lu)芯(xin)温度(du)不再升高,其炉(lu)阻(zu)也不再变化(hua)(hua),电(dian)(dian)(dian)器参数(电(dian)(dian)(dian)流、电(dian)(dian)(dian)压、功率及(ji)功率因数)都(dou)趋(qu)于稳(wen)定时,再运行一段时间,便可(ke)停电(dian)(dian)(dian)。这是由(you)于当电(dian)(dian)(dian)流达到额(e)定值时,石(shi)墨化(hua)(hua)炉(lu)的(de)(de)炉(lu)芯(xin)温度(du)也接近(jin)最(zui)高,但整(zheng)个炉(lu)芯(xin)温度(du)仍处(chu)于不平衡状态,还要继续送电(dian)(dian)(dian),直到全炉(lu)的(de)(de)温度(du)趋(qu)于一致,方可(ke)停电(dian)(dian)(dian),这样才(cai)能(neng)保证石(shi)墨化(hua)(hua)产品的(de)(de)质量(liang)均匀。

根(gen)据(ju)炉(lu)温(wen)来确(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)(ding)停电:石墨(mo)(mo)化炉(lu)较为理想的(de)停电方式应根(gen)据(ju)炉(lu)温(wen)来确(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)(ding),但由于石墨(mo)(mo)化炉(lu)炉(lu)芯温(wen)度的(de)不均一性,高温(wen)控制(zhi)难度大(da)以及连(lian)续自动测温(wen)没有(you)实现等因素,因此暂时还无法实现根(gen)据(ju)炉(lu)温(wen)来确(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)(ding)石墨(mo)(mo)化炉(lu)的(de)运(yun)行。
